What is it?
6 x 60 is not a short film festival. It is a filmmaking marathon. It is
a race against time based on writing and shooting speed, abilities,
planning and strategy. It is a competition. The film length must be 6
minutes, with opening and closing credits, original soundtrack or any
music score whose copyrights are owned by the participating crew. In a
non-stop period of 60 hours, your team must: write + shoot + edit + and
submit the short film Your aim is to make a 6 minute short film (max
length 6 mins, 59 secs, 24 frames) What we give you is time and some
hints. Then, it is up to you to use them in the best possible way.
Why and Who?!
The marathon is open to 20 crews who think they have the necessary
skills to make a 6-minute short film over a nonstop period of 60 hours.
Everyone can participate: not only film or videomakers, but also
bartenders, teachers or tennis players! If you think 60 hours are
enough to make a 6 minute short film, rest assured you will need
something more than just a good idea to win one of the 3 prizes
available...
Where?!
Gorizia and its surroundings will make a perfect set scene: the city
centre, the suburbs, industrial areas, the sea, the mountains, rivers,
flowers, all kinds of objects, tea rooms, unusual historic sites. You
can shoot wherever you want. Our staff will beavailable 60/60, in case
you need any help, coffee included.

reception + help desk + music archive + backstage + casting
..and when it is all over?!
Everyone is invited to the 6x60 Party by the Mostovna Center with dj and vj sets.

Lo Stivale ci va stretto! Così la nostra impavida troupe backstage ha deciso di varcare i confini dello spazio, del tempo e dell'Italia alla ricerca di immagini fresche e scottanti dai set stranieri... cosa avranno mai scovato?
In un bucolico interstizio temporale Sampei si abbandona a fumose fantasie. Ormai la tensione è solo un vago ricordo. L'entusiasmo e la buona volontà hanno lasciato il posto al decadimento fisico e morale.
Frighi, bar e brindisi a Gorizia/Nova... Manca poco alla conclusione, ma i nostri instancabili Backstage Boys continuano la loro caccia alle troupe nelle ultime frenetiche e spasmodiche ore... preparatevi!
Ebbene sì, il tempo è scaduto. Quindici le opere che restano in concorso... purtroppo ci è dispiaciuto per i ritardatari, ma si sa che le regole vanno rispettate. Avremo comunque l'onore di vedere proiettate le loro opere anche se fuori concorso. Ci siamo... tra poco l'ardua sentenza. Le porte del Kinemax stanno per aprirsi...
Purtroppo causa lento upload di Yuotube anche noi siamo arrivati in ritardo... ma il video dei nostri Backstage Boys è talmente bello che non potevamo non farvelo vedere... Complimenti ragazzi... e anche alla nostra super montatrice!!!!!
